Who am I?
Hi, I'm Carrie-Ann.
I'm a communications mentor and consultant with six years of experience supporting professionals and teams who want to lead better, feel better and do work that actually matters.
I've spent two decades inside communications teams and leadership teams — in the NHS, public sector and beyond — so I know exactly what it's like to be brilliant at your job and still feel stuck, unseen or stretched too thin. That lived experience is what makes my mentoring different.
