Hi, I’m Carrie-Ann — mentor, facilitator and champion of compassionate leadership.

I’ve worked in communications for 20 years and hit my first director role at 34. I know how hard it can be to push for that seat at the table while juggling the pace and pressure of being “the one who holds it all together.”

What got me through? Mentoring, collaboration and a whole lot of compassion — for myself and for others.
