Hi, I'm Carrie-Ann.
Communications mentor, consultant and facilitator, and a champion of compassionate leadership.
I've spent 20 years working in and around communications. I reached my first director role at 34, and I know intimately what it takes to push for a seat at the table while carrying the weight of being the person everyone relies on.
What got me through? Brilliant mentors, genuine collaboration, teamwork and learning — sometimes the hard way — to lead with compassion for myself as well as for others. That experience is what drives everything I do now.

I've had brilliant mentors. People who helped me grow, set boundaries and step into senior roles with more confidence than I thought I had. I know what a difference that makes. And now, I get to be that person for others.
I genuinely love being in someone's corner. Whether that's an individual communications professional stepping into a more senior role, a team navigating change, or a director trying to create a kinder culture — I'm here for all of it.
My background in psychology, media studies and sociology gives me a framework for understanding how people tick — not just professionally, but as whole human beings. It's why my mentoring goes deeper than surface-level tactics, and why clients often describe the experience as genuinely transformative rather than just practically useful.
