For teams who are working hard and still feel stuck
Team Development
Your team is full of smart, committed people. They care.
But they're stretched, pulled in too many directions, and the plans from the last away day are gathering dust somewhere.
I help teams stop trying to do everything and start doing the right things, together. I've led teams through restructures, crises and the everyday grind, so I understand the people and the politics. I'll bring warmth, a bit of humour and the honest conversation you've all been tiptoeing around.
How I can help
Away days and workshops.
A day or half day to step back, get honest and leave with a plan people actually believe in. Topics I'm often asked for: boundaries, working well together, showing the team's value, leading through change. In person or online.
Group mentoring programme.
Six sessions over a few months, so change has time to stick. Good for teams wanting to build confidence, connection and a clearer sense of what they're for.
Reviews and audits.
An honest, experienced look at how your team or comms function is working: structure, priorities, workload and wellbeing. You'll get clear, practical recommendations, not a glossy report for the shelf.
I can also offer one-to-one support for individual team members, which is especially valuable during a restructure.
Let's talk about your team
Tell me a little about what's going on and what you'd love to be different. Then we can work out a plan for how I can support you.

Team mentoring has been extremely beneficial for us as a team and individually, especially given Carrie-Ann’s own lived experience in NHS communications. As well as giving us focused time together as a team to explore boundary setting, confidence building and celebrating successes, we also explored our value as a team and how we can promote and clarify this to the organisation.
