Six sessions, online or in person, designed to strengthen your team's culture, improve collaboration and sharpen your strategic positioning. We work together over time, not just in a one-off workshop, so real change has space to take hold.
 

Ideal for: Communications teams who want to build a stronger, kinder, more connected culture and develop their collective confidence and strategic clarity.

Workshops & Facilitation

Bespoke workshops on wellbeing, boundary setting, leadership behaviours and communication — tailored to your team's specific needs and challenges. These can be standalone sessions or part of a wider development programme. Available in person or online across the UK.

Communications Reviews and Audits

An honest, experienced look at how your communications function is working — and how to make it stronger. I'll look at structure, strategy, team wellbeing and operational effectiveness, and give you clear, practical recommendations rooted in what your people actually need.

Individual Support Within Teams

Sometimes the best investment in a team is investing in the individuals within it. I offer CV reviews, interview preparation and one-to-one mentoring sessions for team members — particularly valuable during restructures, redundancy processes or significant career transitions.
 

Ideal for: Communications directors supporting their teams through change, and wanting to give people high-quality, personalised support.

I've spent years leading and working inside communications teams and organisational leadership teams. I know what it's like to be the person holding everything together while quietly wondering if anyone notices.
