National Facilitator Awards Finalist

I'm humbled to be recognised as a finalist in the National Facilitator Awards 2023, in the Above and Beyond category.

Facilitating the Thrive programme, supporting amazing communications professionals to grow and thrive in their careers is a privilege and I have loved how open delegates have been with their feedback.

As a result of listening to previous Thrive delegates I have made a number of additions and changes to the programme.

All delegates receive a certificate of completion as previous Thrivers said they wanted to evidence their commitment to their development to their leaders and CEOs.

Delegates can now claim 5 CPD points with the CIPR for completion of the programme.

There is a monthly meet-up online for all Thrivers, meaning delegates from different cohorts can build and grow their network of like-minded communicators for support and accountability. For those who want it, there is also a Thrive WhatsApp group to keep in touch, share ideas, celebrate successes and seek advice.

Supporting communicators with their development and creating communications leaders of the future brings me joy and I am so happy to be recognised for doing something I love!
